how it works

 

Are you faced with long commutes to view properties in your chosen investment area?

Are you relocating to a new area?

or maybe you struggle to fit property viewings in around your other commitments?

 

With our bespoke viewing service you can chose to book us for a single viewing, half a day or a full day of viewings.

We can arrange a viewing, we will write you a full report on our findings, this includes a full description, plenty of photographs, a virtual video tour of the property, summary of the local area, suggestions about guide price, location, decorative order, neighbouring properties and anything else that might concern you.

If you decide you want our help with the next steps - negotiation, sales process through to completion they we can. If you decide you want help overseeing the refurb, maintain and letting the property then we can do that too.

 

Our ultimate goal is for you to be intimately familiar with properties without having to deal with the inconvenience of visiting them.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the Southampton, Winchester and Portsmouth -  we can cover other South coast locations at an additional cost so drop us a message and we will work something out.

How does it work?

2. We will get in touch with you to request the details of the property(ies) you'd like us to view

3. We will arrange the viewings and send you an invoice for the service

4. We'll view the properties then send you a full report, photos and videos within 48 hours
