REFER A FRIEND SELLING OR RENTING THEIR HOME FOR A SHARE OF £200 or £500

As our way of saying thanks, we will pay £200 or £500 as a referral credit every time a property is successfully rented or sold through Moorhouse Property Services where the landlord or person selling their home are directly referred to us.

The referral credit will be split 50 / 50 between the person making the referral and the new landlord / person selling their home and credited to an account on our system within 30 days of the commencement of a new tenancy or sale of the property.

​

The landlord or vendor MUST be new to Moorhouse Property Services, they must not of rented or sold a property through Moorhouse Property Services previously.

​

The referral credit will apply to the first property and tenancy agreed and let or first property sold through Moorhouse Property Services.

 

No further referral credits will be applied for the same landlord, property, tenancy extensions / renewals or any other variation thereafter.

​

A tenancy will be deemed to have commenced upon the successful move in of new tenants, where the necessary legal documents are successfully completed. Should the legal documents not be successfully completed or a tenancy be surrendered within the first 30 days following the commencement of the tenancy, the referral will be null and void.

A sold property will be deemed to have commenced upon the successful exchange and completion of contracts when selling the property.

​

Moorhouse Property Services will require the bank account details confirmed (via email to info@moorhousepropertyservices.co.uk where the funds are to be paid, following which payment will be made via internet banking within 30 days of receipt of the bank account details, following the 30 days of the referral credit being applied to our system account.

• The £200 (incl. VAT) will be paid for rental properties Let through Moorhouse Property Services.

• The £500 (incl. VAT) will be paid for properties Sold through Moorhouse Property Services.

Referral payment cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

​

Moorhouse Property Services reserves the right to alter or withdraw this referral credit at any time and without warning.

​

Should a dispute arise at any time, Moorhouse Property Services’ decision is final.

​

The person making the referral confirms that they have sought the consent of the landlord or vendor prior to making the referral to Moorhouse Property Services, and that the person being referred will be expecting communication from / with Moorhouse Property Services. Should this not be the case the person making the referral accepts and agrees to re-imburse any personal and financial liability / loss incurred by Moorhouse Property Services.
